Keith Bailey
Sound Team
Keith is part of our worship ministry and serves as part of our Sound team that every week make our worship team sound fantastic and keeps everyone else's hands away from the suck button. You can talk to Keith or Pastor Jason if you're interested in joining the Sound Team.
Carol dickinson
Bread of Life Food Pantry Team
Carol is one of the leaders of our Food Pantry team and oversees our stocking and preparation process. It takes a large staff of volunteers to shop, stock shelves, prepare boxes of food, and run the distribution on Saturdays. Our stocking team normally gathers on Thursday nights to sort stock and pack boxes for distribution. If you are interested in helping feed hungry families, please see Carol.
Amy Phillips
Elder, Livestream Team
Amy leads our Livestream team who get our morning service from here to everyone's there on Sunday mornings. If you would like to be a part of the team that makes the cinematic magic happen, see Amy.
Kim Mcneal
Elder
Kim is one of our primary worship leaders, is on the preaching team and is involved in our women's ministry.
Roger Adema
Media Team, One Wake Team & Kambucha Team
Roger is the person you want to talk to if you'd like to join the team that gets the slides up on the wall for everyone to sing and see and read along to. He is also the team leader for our One Wake team through which RV is making a difference against systemic issues that keep people in Raleigh from the good life. Treasurer, Elder, Finance Team
Ed leads our finance team and helps us develop responsible practices with our finances. If you are interested in being a part of the team that helps us practice good stewardship, contact Ed.
Eva Waithe
Pastoral Care, Prayer Team
Miss Eva leads our Pastoral Care team that brings comfort and encouragement to RVers going through hard times. Through personal visits, cards and calls, Miss Eva and her team lift up those who are facing hard times. If you would like to join this team and bring encouragement and love to those most in need, please see Miss Eva.
Pastor Mary Bunch
Sprouts & Young Adults Team
If you love working with children and seeing them come alive to the good news about Jesus, contact Pastor Mary to find out all the possible ways you can join her team. If you have a heart for college age young adults, Mary also leads this team and would love to talk to you about opportunities to help out.
Pastor Grant Woody
Youth Team
Grant leads our Youth team. The RV Youth serves students from 6th through 12th grades. We are dedicated to creating an interactive, fun, intimate and safe environment where students can grow in the full understanding of who they are in God and what they are called to do on Earth. Jokya Sanders
Sankofa Team
Jokya leads our Sankofa Team. The Vineyard’s Sankofa journey involves taking a history trip within the southern part of the United States to focus on key events that shaped the country we live in. Participants will visit historical sites and museums to discuss content related to justice and our struggle with systemic Racism. Local events, training and conversation is also part of this ministry. If you're interested in being part of the Sankofa team, please see Jokya.
John Kelley

Worship Teams
Pastor Jason oversees the teams involved in worship, especially our Sunday morning service. Singers, musicians, tech people for sound and media and Livestream all connect with Jason. If you're interested in being part of a worship team or one of the technical teams, contact Pastor Jason.
Mike Dipilato
Discipleship Band Groups
Mike leads our Band Groups. These aren't musical groups. A discipleship band is a group of three to five people who read together, pray together, and meet together to become the love of God for one another and the world. Mike can tell you all about the impact that being in a Band can make in your life and he can help you form a band or join a band.

Men's Group
Keith is the team leader for our monthly Men's Group. Each month we meet for breakfast, conversation, prayer and worship. It’s a casual opportunity to connect with other men from RV. If you're interested in helping with our men's ministry, contact Keith for more info.
Derrick Lovick
Food Pantry Distribution Lead
Derrick leads our distribution teams on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month that get boxes and bags of groceries into the cars of those who come to our Food Pantry for a little help from friends.
